OrecX Supports Avaya SIPREC Recording
Call centers running Avaya Aura or Avaya IP Office can use Oreka SR (SIPREC Recording) to record from Avaya their SBCE.

The addition of SIPREC recording for Avaya offers OrecX clients easier deployment and management of their OrecX call recording system, as well as reduced Avaya system resource usage, and auto-provisioning of customer interaction data.
