L-Tron Sponsors 'Cookies for a Cop' National Initiative

VICTOR, N.Y. - Nov. 3, 2017 - PRLog -- L-Tron Corporation loves to back the blue. The L-Tron team participated in the "Cookies for a Cop and our Fire Friends" donation program for the third consecutive year during mid-October, delivering approximately 60 dozen cookies to local public safety agencies in the Western NY area. Last month, L-Tron also delivered cookie trays to the Rochester Police Department in honor of National "Tell a Police Officer Thank You" Day.

Cookies for a Cop and our Fire Friends is an annual national initiative that began in 2014 as a way to express appreciation to Law Enforcement Officers and Fire Fighters by lifting their spirits, letting them know they are valued, and spreading #sweetkindness. Over 100,000 cookies are delivered nationally through this program.

This year we happily delivered cookies to:

·         The Buffalo Police Department

·         The Rochester Police Department

·         The New York State Troopers

·        The Rochester Fire Department

L-Tron (http://l-tron.com) would like to thank community supporters for their help in another successful year of cookie deliveries. Classy Cookie & Deli, a Rochester, NY establishment, donated a tray of 75 cookies. BJ's Wholesale Club in Victor, NY offered L-Tron a 10% discount on cookie trays.
