Lake Geneva, WI –Crispell-
Snyder, Inc. announced today that the firm has completed its corporate transition and will begin operating under the GAI Consultants, Inc. (GAI) brand effective October 1, 2013. With over 30 years of experience, CS was acquired by GAI in 2013 to enhance the national engineering and environmental consulting firm’s local government, transportation, real estate, and energy market capabilities in the Midwest.

For more than three decades, Crispell-Snyder has offered professional consulting services to communities and private-sector clients throughout Wisconsin and northern Illinois in areas ranging from municipal engineering and GIS technology to community planning and landscape architecture.

Open House events held at Crispell-Snyder’
s Lake Geneva and Germantown offices in September marked the firm’s transition to the GAI Consultants brand. The events, which were attended by key clients, included an evening cruise on Geneva Lake and a Brewery Tour.
GAI will maintain the former Crispell-Snyder offices located in Lake Geneva, Madison, Milwaukee, and Racine in addition to GAI’s existing Wisconsin offices in Green Bay and Mayville.
