Cresa Represents Baker Tilly in their highly anticipated move to downtown Milwaukee

Feb. 27, 2012 - PRLog -- Cresa is pleased to have represented Baker Tilly Vichow Krause, LLP in a long term lease of over 68,000 square feet of space in the US Bank Center in downtown Milwaukee.  Cresa-Milwaukee’s Managing Principal, Steve Palec, represented Baker Tilly.

Baker Tilly had been searching for a downtown location for a number of years. The transaction comprised a complicated combination of sublease space, relocations, and direct space in order to accommodate the public accounting firm’s needs.
