Musgrave Building & Restorations Ranked Twice in OBJ's 2011 Book of Lists

April 18, 2011 - PRLog -- ORLANDO, FL – Musgrave Building & Restorations accomplished a construction “daily double” by being ranked among Central Florida leaders in two separate and distinct building categories by Orlando Business Journal.
   The award-winning Orlando construction company ranked No. 2 among Central Florida’s largest Remodeling companies and No. 13 among the area’s largest Custom Home Builders, according to the Journal’s recently published 2011 Book of Lists which ranked all of Central Florida’s major industries by company revenues.
   It was the first time that the versatile company which engages in both residential and commercial construction projects has cracked either list, says Company Principal Jeff E. Musgrave.
   Musgrave, noted for its historic renovations in the downtown Orlando and Winter Park markets, chalked up a record $2.7 million in revenues in 2009 during a soft real estate market.
   It was the 26th edition of the Book of Lists, an annual publication that includes all industry lists published by OBJ throughout the year. The book only lists the companies and businesses operating in the four major Central Florida counties of Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake.
   Musgrave, whose company also is taking on more light commercial construction projects, takes extra satisfaction in the industry recognition.
