BeRex Corp. Announces BD4526 Wide-Band 2-Way SMT RF Power Divider

GANGNAM-GU, South Korea - Oct. 19, 2022 - PRLog -- Today BeRex Corp. announced a new product, the BD4526, which is a wide-band, 2-way, Surface Mount Technology (SMT), RF Power Divider Integrated Circuit supporting frequencies from 2.7GHz to 6GHz.

The BD4526's low insertion loss, and high isolation makes it ideally suitable for use in LTE, ISM, Instrumentation, WLAN, 5G wireless infrastructure, Satellite Communications, and general purpose Commercial, Industrial, and Military Communications applications where both high isolation and low insertion loss is required.

The BD4526 does not require blocking capacitors, however if a DC bias is present at the RF ports, then the user must add blocking capacitors at the RF input and RF outputs.  The BD4526 has a 100% Tin Matte finish, and all BeRex products undergo a 1-hour, 150C anneal bake to eliminate tin whisker growth concerns.

The BD4526 has an operating temperature range of -40C to +105C, is fully passivated for enhanced performance, and is packaged in a space-saving, fully RoHS2-compliant, 12-Lead, 3mm x 3mm x 0.9mm QFN surface mount package.
