BeRex Granted Patent For Power Amplifier With Using Third Harmonic Feedback

SANTA ANA, Calif. - March 13, 2025 - PRLog -- BeRex, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has been granted a patent for its innovative technology titled " POWER AMPLIFIER WITH USING THIRD HARMONIC FEEDBACK IMPROVED POWER EFFICIENCY."  This newly issued patent expands BeRex's RF IC design patent portfolio to 26 issued and active patents, with an additional 13 patents pending.

The key innovation of this technology is that unlike traditional Class F power amplifiers that passively use harmonic filters, this approach actively utilizes a third harmonic feedback circuit and the gate-to-source capacitance (Cgs) of the transistor to reshape the amplified signal into an optimal waveform to improve efficiency. This significantly reduces power consumption while improving both performance and efficiency.
