BDA4710V 7-bit Digital Step Attenuator with Addressable Function for Automotive

GANGNAM-GU, South Korea - Sept. 12, 2025 - PRLog -- BeRex is pleased to announce the expansion of its automotive RF Digital Step Attenuator lineup with the AEC-Q100 qualification of the BDA4710V, 7-bit Digital Step Attenuator with Addressable Function offering excellent performance for automotive applications. Operating at temperatures from -40℃ to +105℃ (Grade 2), this digital step attenuator features glitch-safe attenuation state transitions, excellent attenuation accuracy, low insertion loss, ultra linearity and an exceptionally fast switching time, making it ideal for demanding wireless power control applications such as automotive V2X, UWB, RKE, WLNA, Bluetooth, and ISM applications.

Operating with a single 2.7V-5.5V supply voltage, the BDA4710V covers a wide frequency range from 1MHz to 9000MHz. It outperforms competitors with superior broadband performance (1MHz to 9000MHz) and high linearity (Input P0.1dB of 30dBm and Input IP3 of 68dBm at 3.5GHz).

The BDA4710V utilizes BeRex's patent-granted technology to deliver a low insertion loss of 1.2dB and high attenuation accuracy of ±(0.25 + 3.5% of attenuation state)dB at 3.5GHz, alongside a linearity of Input P0.1dB of 30dBm, Input IP3 of 68dBm and positive glitch, any step of 0.3dB. Available in a 32-lead, 5mm x 5mm QFN package, the BDA4710V has an ESD rating of 1000V (HBM) and requires no external DC blocking capacitors.
