BGH1 Low Current Broadband Internally Matched Gain Block Amplifier Applications

GANGNAM-GU, South Korea - March 9, 2025 - PRLog -- The new design improves upon the existing BGS1 & BGS2 products by extending the operating frequency range to 5GHz and enhancing the gain performance.

The BGH1 is internally matched at 50 ohms and is available in a RoHS2-compliant SOT-363 surface-mount package. It is 100% DC and RF tested to assure quality and performance.

At 3.3V supply voltage, the BGH1 operates at 31mA. Below is a summary of its key specifications:

• 50 MHz: 24 dB gain, 13.6 dBm output P1, 26.3 dBm OIP3, and -50 dBc LTE ACLR, with an output power of 4 dBm.
• 900 MHz: 23.1 dB gain, 13.8 dBm output P1, 26.3 dBm OIP3, and -50 dBc LTE ACLR, with an output power of 4 dBm.
• 3500 MHz: 17 dB gain, 11.8 dBm output P1, and -50 dBc 5G NR ACLR, with an output power of -0.5 dBm.
