Art and Living Publisher Jeff Marinelli diversifies with formation of NFT Expo
July 28 event in Marina Del Rey, CA is the first of a series of NFT events focused across various industries
By: NFT Expo
"From the beginning, Art and Living has been about the creator sharing a vision that art is meaningful and should be accessible so it can be experienced by everyone," said Marinelli. "NFTs offer a unique opportunity to artists and brands, but only if they understand how to navigate this new landscape. We are at the forefront of a groundbreaking phenomenon with the potential to link NFT's to real-life assets and promotions, which is why it is so important to educate those in the creative space before they jump in feet first."
NFTs (non-fungible tokens), which include any digital asset (drawings, music, etc.) that exists completely in the digital realm, are creating a lot of excitement worldwide. According to Nonfungible.com, NFT sales volumes totaled roughly $24.9 billion in 2021, a rise from roughly $94.9 million in 2020. However, the latest data shows that 70% of Americans still don't know what an NFT is.
