SWENSON starts construction on mixed-use senior living building in Mountain View
Three stories will house a memory care facility above a ground floor Italian restaurant
Operated by Calson Management, the memory care facility will include 54 units and 60 beds with 24-hour trained care and staff. It will also feature communal spaces, a dining room, and activity room on each floor, as well as a salon, patios, and a bike room. Plus, in a unique twist, the restaurant on the first floor will double as a food kitchen, providing fresh, delicious meals to the residents.
"Our team is highly experienced in constructing senior living facilities in the Bay Area. We look forward to a successful build in collaboration with a great client, while helping to fill the growing need for quality senior living in our area," said SWENSON Chief Operating Officer Summer Ludwick.
This project is expected to reach completion in early 2024.
