Ketanji Brown Jackson name tied to Ponzi Scheme case resulting eToys ruination

Former Court Approved CEO of eToys speaking out about a mafia-like cesspool surrounding public figures and private equity firms that led to murders and a kidnapping

MILWAUKEE - March 7, 2022 - PRLog -- From case tampering to dozens of instances of conflict of interest swept under the rug and hidden from the public trust. An almost mob-like cesspool in the dark cracks of our justice system all the way up to the federal level helping to defraud American citizens and rob them of millions and billions of dollars.

The most recent nomination of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson brings hope and excitement to the Supreme Court, but however, Judge Jackson nor the media has yet to come forth about total absence to account for what happened after she made an official ruling on the eToys fraud case. In short, the assignment record was tampered with unlawfully by the clerk and the signed ruling didn't make it to the file which halted notifications for the ability to appeal the ruling in time.

eToys was already involved in bankruptcy which wasn't needed, but along with Mattel was victim to a $4 billion scheme involving Goldman Sachs and Bain Capital. Goldman Sachs and Bain Capital are alleged to be connected to and benefactors from 100s of organized crimes by arranging their lawyers becoming 'revolving door' heavily conflicted Federal prosecutors.

Former Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) whistleblower and court-approved CEO of eToys, Laser Haas, names three top former Federal prosecutors in the eToys case, Colm Connolly, Jay Clayton, and Steven Pieken who allegedly betrayed their oaths to help Goldman Sachs and Bain Capital. Interestingly enough, the prosecutors have been nominated into higher positions.

Shortly after Donald Trump's election win to the presidency, Senator Mitt Romney arranged for a private dinner with Trump. Quiet and kept, Colm Connolly and Jay Clayton received nominations shortly after that dinner into federal positions. Jay Clayton headed the SEC as chairman and was duly obligated to correct the issues surrounding this case, but his conflict of interest wouldn't allow him. Trump's infamous claim to "drain the swamp" wasn't reflective of the individuals he allowed to have more power and insulation from any consequences or legal liability for their actions.

Over the 20 year period of the eToys case being left to hang out and dry with no answers, 12 people connected with the case have been murdered, including Jack Wheeler who was brutally killed and tossed into a dumpster after video footage saw him clearly meeting with Colm Connolly in Connolly's office. Even more bizarre is the fact the case wasn't filed, but when it finally did, an FBI SWAT team used a "no-knock" warrant to arrest Laser. Coupled with countless death threats and even the kidnapping of his daughter, Laser has been on a mission to bring the federal agents that have overstepped boundaries to be held liable.

Judge Ketanji Jackson clearly owes us an explanation of what she knows regarding the tampering of the case file and why a clerk would say that she couldn't put the item on the official record of Jackson's ruling of "not dismissed without prejudice" and even on record mentioning opportunity for appeal in the case. What's more troubling is that the order wasn't signed by Judge Jackson until six weeks later and then 3 days later Jay Clayton was confirmed as the chairman of the SEC.

eToys can be resolved, there aren't any statutes of limitations preventing it. The blocks of this case have bad smells of bribery involved.  It's going to take more reveals in an effort to clean our country and government of such corrupt corporations and individuals.
