Sustain Dane Extends Lease at 131 West Wilson Street

MADISON, Wis. - Sept. 7, 2016 - PRLog -- Cresa Madison represented Sustain Dane in a renewal of its current lease at 131 West Wilson Street.  Sustain Dane elected to renew their lease after considering a number of relocation options within the marketplace.

Sustain Dane is a nonprofit organization based in Madison that fosters a rich and diverse community of sustainability champions through programs and initiatives that result in greater impacts in homes, neighborhoods, schools and workplaces. The organization started as a grassroots group in 1997 and was established as a 501(c)3 in 2003.  Their location provides Sustain Dane with a professional presence in close proximity to the Capitol Square.
