DAV and RecruitMilitary to Produce All Veterans Career Fair in Foxborough on August 31

LOVELAND, Ohio - Aug. 17, 2016 - PRLog -- DAV and RecruitMilitary will produce an All Veterans Career Fair at Gillette Stadium on Wednesday, August 31, 2016.  The event is sponsored by Deutsche Bank and will run from 11a.m. to 3 p.m.

"RecruitMilitary job fairs maintain a track record of helping veterans find meaningful employment," said President and CEO Peter Gudmundsson. "Just last year, 56.3% of veteran job seekers expected to secure an interview as a result of their participation in a RecruitMilitary job fair and employers were expected to extend as many as 38,700 interviews and more than 12,000 job offers."

In April of 2016, the DAV-RecruitMilitary Foxborough event connected more than 281 veteran job seekers with 89 exhibitors, including Bank of America, Boston Children's Hospital and General Electric Company. Participating companies expected to conduct up to 762 interviews and make up to 257 job offers as a result of that career fair.

RecruitMilitary has produced veteran job fairs since 2006 and has held 17 events in Greater Boston, drawing 4,641 attendees and 921 exhibitors. The company has produced more than 814 events in 65 cities across the country.
