24-7 Intouch, a global contact center outsourcing company, ranks 3rd in TMC’s 30th annual Top 50 Teleservices Agencies Ranking.
 
WINNIPEG, Manitoba - May 4, 2015 - PRLog -- WINNIPEG, MANITOBA. May 4, 2015— 24-7 Intouch, a global contact center outsourcing company, ranks 3rd in TMC’s 30th annual Top 50 Teleservices Agencies Ranking, recognizing it as a top contact center in six categories.

24-7 Intouch increased its Inbound Domestic ranking to 5th from 9th in 2014 and held its number two spot in the Interactive category which includes digital channels such as live chat and social media.The company was also ranked 3rd in Inbound International, 4th in Outbound Domestic and 4th in Outbound International with a Global Aggregate ranking of 3rd overall.
