Massive Success For First Tasting Evening of 2015

CROYDON, U.K. - Feb. 4, 2015 - PRLog -- Albert’s Table’s hosted their first Tasting Evening for 2015 on Wednesday 28th January and it was a fantastic event that has received excellent feedback.

These Tasting Evenings have been held regularly at the Croydon restaurant for over a year now and are a much loved and highly anticipated event.  Beginning with canapes and prosecco, the 4 course meal features the new seasons finest produce.  Carefully sourced from Surrey, Kent, Sussex and surrounds, then expertly crafted into fabulous dishes.

The January Tasting also featured a cheese course for the first time.  It was an additional £10 and was enjoyed by several of the evening’s guests.

With 5 more Tasting Evenings scheduled for this year, and a few other ideas in the planning, Joby Wells, the chef and owner of Albert’s Table is looking forward to a busy year.

“It was a strange year last year.  With the flooding at the
start, the roadworks in Croydon for over 6 months, along
with the usual ebb and flow of the restaurant trade it
never really got going.  But this year has had a fantastic
start and the feedback we have received from this Tasting
Evening is just brilliant.  We love hosting them and can’t
wait till the next one”

Tickets for the Tasting Evenings are £65.  The next Tasting Event is being held on March 25th.   It isn’t available to book at the moment, but if you become a Friend Of Albert’s Table, their monthly newsletter will let you know when events open.
