Therefore, if the overlay comes off for any reason Stoneworks will come back and fix it for free. The warranty remains valid with the condition that the residential Owner has Stoneworks inspect the overlay within every 4 year period after the original installation or any previous Stoneworks inspection and reseal if necessary. It is important to note that for industrial or commercial high-traffic applications, there is a requirement of a 1or 2-year inspection period.
Stoneworks Architectural overlay sealer must be applied to the surface from time to time to keep the appearance looking new as well as to strengthen the existing overlay and it also provides UV protection.  Under the conditional lifetime warranty, preventative maintenance for the overlay is cost effective and is less then taking care of that same area if it was grass.
