         Kevin Flanagan is on a mission to serve his customers with excellence.  As the owner of Delaware Computer Mechanics, he truly believes that the customer comes first.  “My philosophy is that customer service is the most important aspect to any business and I don’t mean it in the typical way where most businesses say that, but their main focus remains on their bottom line,” said Flanagan.
