The Largest Industrial Scam Ever Perpetrated Worldwide Started With Boeing
22 Years Without AS9100 Certification While Demanding It From Global Suppliers - A Fraud With Proof In Hand- 40 YEAR QA EXPERT & BOEING SHAREHOLDER DARYL GUBERMAN- EXPOSES
22 Years Without AS9100: From 2002 to 2024, Boeing built thousands of aircraft without holding AS9100 aerospace quality certification — while mandating it for its suppliers worldwide.
Supplier Bulletins & Oversight Power: Boeing's April & July 2002 supplier bulletins explicitly required vendors April 2002 to Be NADCAP for heat treatment, welding and NDT non-destructive testing (all flight safety processes) and only use ANSI–ANAB accreditation for AS9100 certification July 2002 and stated Boeing could send inspectors if need beor If need arises. Boeing in the bulletins also stated by sending in the certifications and parts, they will be reducing redundant inspections. Boeing also sat on ANSI–ANAB's Management Accreditation Committee (webpage and website), which had the authority to grant, suspend, or withdraw certifications.
Conflict of Interest Risks: ANSI–ANAB and its international counterparts — under the International Accreditation Forum, Inc. (Delaware) and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (Australia) The IAF was founded by ANSI-ANAB, IAF & ILAC are associations of national and international accreditation bodies equivalent to ANSI-ANAB who are also underwriters for IAF&ILAC which means they are responsible for systematic and product failures — are intertwined with government agencies and industry clients, raising serious conflict-of-interest concerns.
Credibility Questioned: ISO's own language says third-party accreditation provides "confidence in the integrity and credibility" of certifications. Given Boeing's 22-year absence from AS9100, can any new certificate — from ANSI–ANAB or its equivalents — be trusted?
Workers Unaware: In October 2024, Boeing employees in Everett, Auburn, Renton, and Northfield, WA —with 75% of Boeing employees have only 3–5 years of experience, while just 25% have 10+ years.— had never heard of AS9100 and said they had never been audited.
Quote from Daryl Guberman, QA Expert (40 Years) and Boeing shareholder:
"This is the largest industrial scam and fraud ever perpetrated on business owners throughout the United States and the world — and we have the proof. Suppliers have been misled. The world's aerospace customers deserve to know: for 22 years, what quality standard did Boeing actually build to? And if the certifiers themselves have direct ties to Boeing, can the public trust the certificate at all?"
Why This Matters:
Over 8,300 aircraft are currently in operation that were built under Boeing's 22-year certification gap. With new certification pending, industry stakeholders — from regulators to airlines to passengers — must demand full transparency and independent oversight.
Suppliers, both national and international, you have been deceived. It is time to hold Boeing accountable.
