Mr. Girardi, discussed some of the cases he is currently working which are the Yaz and Yasmin case suspected in 23 deaths. The birth control pill has been linked to heart attack and stroke which has affected many young women. He also has an ongoing case with the Johnson & Johnson Hip Replacement and continues to dedicate his career to helping people who are wronged by bad conduct.  Throughout his career Mr. Girardi has funded these cases which can sometimes run as much as 14 million dollars to litigate. Today he has recovered more than 11 billion dollars in contingency cases for people who have been harmed by big business.

Retired Rear Admiral Kevin F. Delaney presented Mr. Girardi the prestigious Moving America Forward Award for his pro bono and community efforts and dedication to giving a voice to people who have suffered personal injury and financial harm because of the often-deliberate actions of big companies.

In addition to receiving the “Moving America Forward Award”, Mr. Girardi has been honored in the past by the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of the "Most Powerful Attorneys" in Los Angeles. He was also inducted into the Trial Lawyer Hall of Fame by the California State Bar and awarded for his outstanding public support for the Association for Los Angeles Deputy Sheriffs. He is also the recipient of the Ted Horn Memorial Award from the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and was inducted into their Hall of Fame. Mr. Girardi hosts the “Champions of Justice,” a radio show on KRLA 870 AM in Southern California that discusses relevant legal issues facing Americans today.
