Saturday Place to IC Stars
CHICAGO, IL; July 10, 2012; On July 24, 2012 from 11am to 2pm The Judge Group will host 3rd and 4th graders at the IC Stars Center (212 W. Superior, Chicago IL, 5th floor) from the Rashied Davis Charities program introducing them to different types of technology workshops and interactive workshops. The IC Starts will be leading the day by creating activities that will help the students learn about multiple technology programs as well as the students will be able to shadow the current interns in the IC stars program as they create their own virtual businesses.
The Judge Group is a technology and consulting based company in Chicago that staffs and specializes in high end positions and projects. “Reaching out to the youth and being able to partner with IC stars and Rashied Davis is great, we are really excited to show kids that technology can be fun and exciting, all the while they will actually be learning how to utilize different Microsoft programs and working with others that have benefited from their degree or specialty in this field” mentioned Judge Group Director, Robert Ruf.
“I’m very happy the kids that participate in my program are getting opportunities to learn throughout the summer months, usually when kids get the summer off they aren’t as active in classroom activities so this will be a great to get them back in the mindset of school and in a classroom setting, having fun but learning at the same time” said NFL player, Rashied Davis.
Throughout the day the kids will be able to interact with the IC Stars participants and lunch will be donated from Happy’s Pizza for all participants.
