Mr. Bostdorff explains how to shorten the sales cycle, how to diagnose a sales opportunity, and how and when to close a sales transaction. He emphasizes that there are no natural born sales people – because sales is not an art, but a process.
Before retiring, Mr. Bostdorff’s last position with IBM was World Wide Sales Executive for Final Solution Sales. He has extensive experience in working with business executives to successfully identify and analyze business problems, and then define and implement strategic solutions.
