“Cash Flow Strategies for Growth: Closing the Cash Gap” will provide practical tools such as a sample cash flow budget form and sample business plan. It will explain how to recognize benchmark data and key financial indicators or warning signs in a business.

“Improving cash flow at a business – small or large – begins with understanding the relationship of the financial statements and cash flow, cash management, internal controls, cash flow ratios and breakeven analysis,” Mr. Weber explains.

“We’ll discuss ways to create a business model that manages its cash resources effectively by utilizing management reports, planning, budgeting, banking and financial advisors.”

Mr. Weber is a managing member of Weber O’Brien Ltd. of Toledo, a certified public accounting firm providing strategic assurance, tax and consulting services.

•   Networking from 8:30 to 9 a.m., followed by the program from 9 a.m. to noon.
•   Certificates awarded for satisfactory completion of a workshop.
•   Fee: just $99 per session. A 20 percent discount is offered for registering for three sessions.
