C. gave of their time and talents to fulfill a dream that was birthed in Griffiths many years ago. Several noted artists participated in the performance and it is a presentation worthy of any great hall. Mr. McCoy shared more about his involvement: "I am still amazed and overwhelmed by the enormity of David's musical gifts. His worshipful songs are still looping around, over and over in my head. One of the things that really moved me was how the community came together to help him realize this long-awaited moment. To share such a special moment with Griffiths and the awesome cast of stellar musicians he assembled, which included his lovely wife Monique was a special experience. In particular, it was my honor to conduct several of his arrangements, including a soul-stirring arrangement of Andrae Crouch's classic, "My Tribute." said McCoy. McCoy spoke further about the spirit of the event: "What really fascinated me was the unity among the singers, guest conductors and solo artists. Each were stellar artists in their own right, but checked the egos at the door. It was more than a concert...it was indeed a part of the experience."
