Fehrman is the Vice President of Forensics & Consulting at Integreon. With more than 14 years in the electronic evidence and information technology fields, Mr. Fehrman specializes in providing consulting and advisory services to law firms, corporations, and government clients throughout the e-discovery lifecycle. Fehrman has lead numerous investigations in areas ranging from theft of IP, web defacement, Foreign Corrupt Practice Act (FCPA), SEC Investigations, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, and many other areas. Mr. Fehrman is a subject matter expert on electronic evidence and frequently speaks on innovations and obstacles facing corporations and law firms today. He has developed accredited courses approved by the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) boards in the States of California, Virginia, New York, Pennsylvania, and Georgia, and has trained hundreds of attorneys in the technical aspects of digital forensics and electronic discovery. He’s been an active member in the Sedona Conference’s Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1) since 2006 and is also the co-founder of EDD Blog Online. “Jeff is an outstanding addition to our board,” said Chere Estrin, who chairs the OLP Board of Directors. “We rely on his in-the-trenches background in litigation and as a legal service provider to help us keep a common-sense approach to education and certification that will work well for all the stakeholders in this process.” This year, OLP entered launched it eDiscovery certification exam together with Pearson Learning Solutions, a $7 billion corporation specializing in certification exams.
