Join The Chef’s Academy For Holiday Themed Community ClassesCulinary Institute Invites Community To Attend Thanksgiving-Oriented Cooking Classes
The “Quick Cooking Turkey” class will be held on Saturday, Nov. 12 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Chef Rusty Nicholas will share his expertise with a Thanksgiving preview featuring a Cajun deep fried turkey, split herb roasted turkey and all of the fixings. The “Easy as Pie” class will be held on Saturday, Nov. 19 from 10 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Chef Sherry Stolfo will use her master cooking techniques to help participants perfect their pie making skills. Class attendees will learn the secret to a flaky crust, and how to make a pecan and chocolate peanut butter pie. The “Quick Cooking Turkey” class has a cost of $35 per person, and the “Easy as Pie” class is $45 per person.
