Former Home Depot HR Manager Tonna Duvall Joins Orlando-based Navigator Executive Advisors

Dec. 22, 2010 - PRLog -- ORLANDO, FL – Navigator Executive Advisors (NEA), a multi-faceted outplacement and job search training firm with locations throughout the country, has added longtime Human Resources Manager Tonna Duvall, MS, SPHR to its growing national network of career advisors and coaches.
   Duvall, a former HR Manager for the country’s largest home improvement company, will serve as a Career Advisor for the company’s Central Florida operations in Orlando as well as pursue business development opportunities in the area, says NEA President Matt Durfee.
   Before joining Navigator, Duvall spent the previous five years as Human Resources Manager for The Home Depot where she was responsible for the recruitment and staffing for multi-site retail locations in Florida, including four locations in Clermont.
As HR Manager for the Fortune 100 company’s Clermont locations, she was responsible for the hiring of hundreds of employees and helping drive revenues over the $200 million mark.  
   The 16-year Human Resources veteran also has held key positions with Riverside Bank of the Gulf Coast in Cape Coral, Edison College in Fort Myers and Branford Wire and Manufacturing Company in Fletcher, NC.
   Duvall joins one of the country’s fastest-growing companies in the career services field.
Since its inception three years ago, the Orlando-based company – fueled by the nation’s double-digit unemployment rate – has been on an aggressive expansion push, opening affiliate offices around the country.
