This innovative concept from Sundial Venues means that everything is taken care of with minimal fuss whilst offering outstanding value for money on a variety of packages.  A meeting with accommodation (if required), catering, room hire, refreshments and teambuilding or entertainment (or both) can be arranged with just one phone call or email to Sundial.  This eliminates the need to hire a multitude of services through different channels, but far from ‘taking over’ a meeting planner’s job, it frees some of their time to focus on other matters – such as reporting or reviewing return on investment, or assessing new venues, any other thing that may require their attention.

Creating a tailor-made conference is simple; contact one of the Sundial Venues sales team and choose either one of their Midlands meeting venues, or their venue in the South East; clients have the opportunity to run their “Meeting in a Box” at Highgate House, Woodside or Barnett Hill.

Customers can then choose their preferred meeting package.  Teams can either have a residential package; which includes lunch, meeting room hire, car parking, three-course table d'hôte dinner, overnight accommodation and breakfast or, for smaller or shorter meetings or teambuilding days, customers can have a non-residential package.  Both packages include a choice of activities and start from just £99 per person, depending upon which activities are selected.

When the package is complete, team leaders can choose a variety of activities which will be the basis of the conference itinerary over the day/weekend.
