In a shocking revelation, Daryl Guberman, a 40-year recognized aerospace quality expert and Boeing shareholder, has exposed a two-decade-long fraud at Boeing, putting the integrity of thousands of aircraft, suppliers, and the aerospace industry itself at risk.

According to Guberman, Boeing has falsely claimed compliance with the AS9100 aerospace quality standard for over 20 years, while simultaneously requiring its suppliers—from July 2002 onward—to obtain ANSI–ANAB accreditation, the same organization on whose Management Accreditation Committee Boeing itself sits.

"This is not corporate negligence," said Guberman. "This is blatant, systemic fraud. Boeing demanded compliance from suppliers while refusing to hold itself accountable. Sitting on the accreditation's board while enforcing standards you do not meet is an intentional deception, plain and simple."

Explosive Findings:

1.     Decades of Misrepresentation: Boeing has never been independently certified to AS9100. Suppliers were forced to comply with standards Boeing itself ignored. In April 2002, Boeing required suppliers performing special processes such as heat treatment, welding, and non-destructive testing to obtain NADCAP accreditation (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program).By July 2002, Boeing went further, issuing a supplier bulletin on its supplier portal mandating that all suppliers hold AS9100 certification through ANSI–ANAB accredited bodies. At the same time, Boeing itself was sitting on the ANSI–ANAB Management System Accreditation Council — the body authorized to grant, suspend, and withdraw certifications.April 2002 & July 2002 Boeing would only inspect supplier facilities "if need be" or "if the need arises." Certifications submission, with supplied parts shall reduce inspections.

2.     Aircraft Safety Risk: Between 8,000 and 12,000 aircraft may have had critical manufacturing processes—including key treatments, welds, and nondestructive testing—improperly inspected, creating a potentially catastrophic safety risk.

3.     Federal Complicity: Agencies including the DOJ, DHS, Department of Commerce, and FDA serve on ANSI–ANAB boards while also acting as Boeing's oversight entities, allowing this massive fraud to continue unchecked.

4.     International Accreditation Fraud: Boeing and ANSI–ANAB touted international accreditation equivalents, including suppliers in China, Iran, and Pakistan, without independent verification. Using these certifications to legitimize Boeing's decades-long self-declared compliance constitutes fraud on a global scale.

5.     Manipulation After 9/11: Following September 11, 2001, Boeing planned layoffs of 20,000–30,000 employees and later manipulated the Performance Review Institute and other accreditation systems to entrench fraudulent compliance practices.

6.     Insider Evidence: Guberman, with decades of NADCAP audit experience, has documented how Boeing's internal and supplier accreditation processes fail to verify critical manufacturing processes, creating an environment of unchecked industrial deception.

7.     Recent Admissions Highlight Fraud: In June 2024, Boeing VP of Quality Elizabeth Lund admitted the company is now "willing to obtain AS9100 certification", a tacit acknowledgment of 22 years of self-declared compliance and deception.

Certification Fraud

In June 2024, Boeing Vice President Elizabeth Lund stated that Boeing was willing to pursue AS9100 certification—after 22 years of negligence. However, with ANSI–ANAB accreditation or its international equivalents under IAF–ILAC, such a certification is fraudulent at best—and worthless.
