BBA31 High Linearity & Gain Flat AMP for TDD/FDD LTE and 5G NR Applications

BeRex, a mobile communication component development and manufacturing company, has launched the BBA31, a Gain Amp which operates at 5.0V supply voltages, at 100MHz and 5.0V provides: 40dBm Output IP3 (at 5dBm/tone), 15dB Gain, and 21.8dBm P1dB and at 3500MHz and 5.0V provides: 37dBm Output IP3 (at 5dBm/tone), 14.5dB Gain, and 20.9dBm P1dB. BeRex's BBA31 is packaged in a Lead-free/Green/RoHS Compliant DFN 8-Pin 2mm x 2mm package. It is designed to enable applications such as Commercial, Industrial, and Military wireless systems and Mobile Communications Infrastructure. These devices are 100% DC and RF tested to assure quality and performance.
