Garden City Realty named 2023 Readers' Choice Awards winner

GARDEN CITY, S.C. - Oct. 10, 2023 - PRLog -- Garden City Realty, Inc., a full-service real estate, vacation rental, and property management company, is pleased to be recognized in The Georgetown Times 2023 Readers' Choice Awards.

The Georgetown Times contest includes a Winner, Runner-Up, and Finalist for each category. Nominations began on June 7, followed by the voting period starting July 12. The winners were announced in a special Readers' Choice section of The Georgetown Times on Wednesday, September 27.

Garden City Realty was named the Winner for Best Vacation Rental Agency and Best Real Estate Company and Runner-Up for Best Property Management Company.

REALTOR Drew Streett of Streett Property Consultants was named the Best Real Estate Agent Winner. Drew has been with Garden City Realty since 2001 and has held many state and local REALTOR® association leadership positions. He served as the 2019 President of the South Carolina REALTORS® and is the 2020 SCR REALTOR® of the Year. This year, he was awarded the REALTOR® Advocate Award from the South Carolina REALTORS® (SCR).

Earlier in September, the 2023 Best of the Beach Awards, a special advertising feature of The Sun News, named Garden City Realty the Gold winner for Best Vacation Rental Company, Best Real Estate Company, Best Property Management Company, and Best Customer Services for the second consecutive year. Lee Hewitt, Broker-in-Charge of Sales and Garden City Realty President, was named the Gold winner for Best Real Estate Broker for the second year. Likewise, Streett Property Consultants was again named the Gold winner for Best Real Estate Team, and first-time winner The Wave Team was named the Silver winner. Bobby Streett was named the Gold winner for Best Real Estate Agent, Jacob Carbaugh was Silver, and Drew Dellinger was the Bronze category winner. This year's contest recognized Garden City Realty and its agents in 10 categories. Results were announced on Sunday, September 24.
