BeRex Corp. Announces BSW6622 Ultra High Isolation SP2T RF Switch

GANGNAM-GU, South Korea - May 5, 2022 - PRLog -- Today BeRex Corp. announced a new product, the BSW6622, which is an absorptive SP2T 50Ω matched RF switch supporting frequencies from 5MHz to 8GHz.  The BSW6622's high linearity performance across the temperature range makes it ideally suitable for use in 3G/4G/5G wireless infrastructure, base stations, repeaters, and in 802.11 a/n/ac/ax applications where high isolation, low insertion loss, and excellent RF switching-time performance is required.

The BSW6622 does not require blocking capacitors, however if a DC bias is present at the RF port, then the user must add a blocking capacitor.  The BSW6622 is designed with robust ESD protection circuits at all pins.

The BSW6622 has an operating voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V DC, and is packaged in an industry standard, fully RoHS2-compliant, 20-Lead, 4mm x 4mm x 0.9mm QFN package.
