BeRex Launches Wideband Digital Variable Gain Amplifiers Powered By Single 3Volt Supply, For 5G/4G/3

GANGNAM-GU, South Korea - Nov. 22, 2021 - PRLog -- BeRex today announced the release of three (3) new products; the BVA303C, BVA304C and BVA305C are Digital Variable Gain Amplifiers (DVGAs) which are designed for glitch-free, highly-accurate 6-bit digitally-controlled attenuation over a 31.5dB range, with 0.5dB steps, while maintaining high linearity.  The DVGAs operate at their maximum frequencies of either 4GHz, or 5GHz, without the need for external matching components.  The DVGAs are powered by a single 3V supply, which reduces their overall power consumption, and they are packaged in the space saving 4mm x 4mm, 24-pin QFN.
Designed with outstanding RF characteristics, the DVGAs are primarily intended for 5G/4G/3G wireless infrastructure equipment, satellite radio, and other high-end wireless applications.  The BVA303C, BVA304C and BVA305C offer the flexibility to program their gain-control through either parallel, or serial, digital interfaces that support very fast switching speeds.
