San Jose Planning Commission gives KT Urban unanimous approval for Woz Way mixed-use project

SAN JOSE, Calif. - June 11, 2021 - PRLog -- Cupertino-based KT Urban, a real estate development and investment company, received unanimous approval from the San Jose Planning Commission to move forward with Woz Way Offices, a 1.8M-square foot, mixed-use office development located at 280 Woz Way in San Jose. Working with Portland-based C2K Architecture, KT Urban plans to build two 20-story towers housing 6,000 square feet of retail and 30,000 square feet of outdoor terraces over multiple levels.

"The Woz Way project is an iconic development that will serve as the southern gateway into Downtown San Jose. The 2.93-acre site will include four levels of parking below grade and four above grade for a total of 1,215 spaces. Ideally located near the San Jose McEnery convention center, the Children's Discovery Museum, and several light rail stations, as well as entrances to Hwy 280 and Hwy 87, this transit-oriented project is not yet scheduled for groundbreaking.
