BrainStorm Tutoring Introduces The Laptop Challenge

FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. - May 1, 2020 - PRLog -- BrainStorm Tutoring has announced a new philanthropic effort in Bergen County, NJ: The Laptop Challenge.

In partnership with Oasis of Paterson, BrainStorm Tutoring is collecting laptop computers to distribute to children in need in the city of Paterson. Many of these students have been left without the necessary technologies to access their schoolwork while schools are shuttered due to COVID-19. This amounts to thousands of primary and middle school children whose educational journeys have been halted by virus-related closures.

The goal of the Laptop Challenge is to enable as many students as possible to continue their studies through the distribution of free laptops, donated by the community. Donations may be made in either of the following ways:

1. Laptop donation. Safe drop-off/pick-up arrangements will be made for anyone who can contribute a laptop made in 2016 or later. Email thelaptopchallenge@gmail.com for more information or to arrange your donation.
