ASA Enters into MOU with ANEVAR

RESTON, Va. - Sept. 3, 2019 - PRLog -- The American Society of Appraisers (ASA) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Asociaţia Naţională a Evaluatorilor Autorizaţi din România (ANEVAR).

ANEVAR President, Dana Ababei, said, "the MOU acknowledges the joint commitment by ANEVAR and ASA to build a long-term collaborative partnership, particularly in the areas of standards, education and designation reciprocity. It also demonstrates the movement forward by both organizations to foster the global career development pathways for our respective members through the exchange of professional knowledge, standards, ethics, compliance, assurance and best practices."

ASA International President, Douglas R. Krieser, added saying "ASA is committed to providing value worldwide. The provisions of the MOU allow for:

•       Exploration of formal recognition of the credentials of both organizations;

•       Collaboration on continuing professional development and education courses which can be made available to members of both organizations at similar prices; and

•       Proactive exchange of knowledge, expertise and experience in the area of valuation.
