State of Nevada's Chief Information Officer (CIO) to Discuss Leadership at PMI Northern Nevada

RENO, Nev. - March 25, 2019 - PRLog -- In 2009, Project Management Institute (PMI) Northern Nevada was founded with the help and support of PMI-SVC (Sacramento) and our local volunteers. Founded with the vision of providing advanced knowledge and skills of project management practitioners in the Reno Sparks area.

This year we are celebrating 10 years of progress towards that vision, and we would like to invite you to be part of this celebration.

Our organization's ability to continue to promote PMI standards to the Project Management community through professional development, networking, and opportunities to serve, is due in large part, to the generous support of sponsors and donors who believe in our mission for increased business growth and success through the application of proven project management principles

In addition to a special celebration, this anniversary dinner will feature Keynote Speaker: Michael Dietrich: The State of Nevada's Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Deputy Director of Administration.

Prior to his 2018 appointment, Michael spent 25 years in the private sector, leading large product development and engineering organizations, as well as merger and acquisition technical integration activities for various companies to include Ericsson, Microsoft, and its subsidiary LinkedIn.
