LONDON - March 23, 2019 - PRLog -- CM Hamilton's newly published book, "Meditations: 50 Meditation Techniques", is an enlightening reference for both beginner and experienced meditators who want to start, improve or expand their practice. It provides succinct descriptions of fifty meditation techniques of three types: Focused Attention, Mindfulness and Intentional Thinking. The book provides simple and clear instructions for meditation techniques such as mantra, mindfulness, breath counting, relaxation, metta, writing, visualisation, body scan and more.

CM Hamilton says, "It took me about twenty years to find the right techniques and methods to develop my own regular meditation practice. I often flipped through meditation books looking for specific techniques while skipping the rest. I finally decided to take my notes and insights from many years of practice and put it in one place. Once assembled, I decided to share it with others and published the finished product as 'Meditations: 50 Meditation Techniques and 25 tips for starting, improving and maintaining a meditation practice'".

CM Hamilton is available for magazine, podcast and radio interviews where he can discuss his book, specific techniques, starting or maintaining a meditation practice, and the trials and errors of his years of meditation.

From the book description: "There are many ways to meditate, and each person's practice can grow and evolve over time, in different situations and at different stages of life. Trying different techniques is an excellent way to experience meditation, as well as to find a meditation practice that is right for you, right now. "Meditations: 50 Meditation Techniques" provides simple and clear instructions for 50 different meditation techniques including mantra, mindfulness, breath counting, relaxation, metta, writing, visualisation, body scan and more.  And at the end of the book there are 25 tips for starting, improving and maintaining meditation practice.

The book has already spent time ranked #1 in Amazon Kindle non-fiction categories such as "Health Fitness & Dieting > Alternative Medicine > Meditation," and "Short Reads > Self-Help", as well as "New-Age > Meditation".
