About the Author
CM Hamilton has been collecting meditation techniques and practicing meditation for more than 20 years. He has spent most of his life in England and Texas, and currently lives in London where he goes to the theatre less often than he should. He has studied philosophy and finance, and he never argues with his wife. He has written three books on meditation: "50 Meditation Techniques", "Writing Meditations"
