-- Latoya Carter, a Guyana resident, recently published a cookbook titled Vegan Flavors of the Caribbean
Carter is a medical missionary and a Guyana native. She is currently serving as the director and secretary for the non-profit agency, Hidden Manna Ministries, Inc. She has been a lifestyle educator for some years and conducts many cooking schools and lifestyle presentations. The study of nutrition is an integral part of her life. She has compiled this collection of recipes at the request of many who have eaten these foods and enjoyed them.Vegan Flavors of the Caribbean
presents a collection of recipes straight from the Caribbean. All recipes are vegan, and a few are also gluten-free or raw food. Recipes directions are written in an easy to follow style, and additional nutrition information is shared to help enhance readers knowledge of healthy eating.
