The Cookbook Club: Dessert Swap with the Oliver Wolcott Library Staff

LITCHFIELD, Conn. - Jan. 8, 2017 - PRLog -- Join librarians Audra MacLaren and Patricia Moore at the Cookbook Club! Beginning a month before the program, come to OWL to choose from one of our selected cookbooks. Spend the next few weeks experimenting and come to the program ready to chat about your culinary adventures. However, if you find yourself short on time or aren't in the baking frame of mind, then feel free to just bring yourself and your appetite.

At our February meeting, it's all about dessert! Bring a sweet treat divided into single servings and get ready to swap and to take some home! From brownies and cookies to tarts and cakes, nothing is sweeter than a delicious dessert to end the day.

OWL librarians Audra MacLaren and Patricia Moore facilitate the Cookbook Club. Both Audra and Patricia enjoy home cooking and sharing food with friends and neighbors. Right now, they are looking forward to trying new dips and bar cookies - and eating them!
