AIPMA and CMEC International Exhibition Company jointly organised B2B Meeting at the Chinaplas 2016

SHANGHAI - May 11, 2016 - PRLog -- AIPMA-PLASTIVISION INDIA 2017 and CMEC International Exhibition Co. recently organised a B2B meeting at Chinaplas, the largest plastics and rubber trade fair in Asia. It was conducted on 26th April 2016 at Hotel Pudong River, Shanghai, China. More than 475 business fraternities from China and India participated in the meeting. Exhibitors and visitors at Chinaplas came directly from the exhibition ground, which was situated just 10 kilometres away.

The meeting commenced with a welcome speech by Mr. Kailash B. Murarka, Chairman PVI. He appreciated the efforts of CMEC and encouraged participants to attend the Plastivision India 2017 that will be held in Mumbai. The chief guest of the event was H.E Shri Prakash Gupta, Consulate General of India in Shanghai. He invited potential partners and investors to contribute to Government of India's 'Make in India' program.

The honorary chief guest also gave a brief idea about the pro-business approach of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Government of India. He also addressed the audience about how global economy can benefit from the collaboration of two countries with 1.2 billion and 1.3 billion populations.

R. K. Aggarwal, President of AIPMA, enlightened the delegates about the activities of AIPMA. Mr. Raju D Desai, Chairman of AIPMA, gave valuable insights about the export - import detail between the two countries. He also educated the attendees about the potential of two countries entering into a joint venture where there is an exchange of technical knowledge.

Other guest speakers were Ms. Zhang Li, General Manager of CMEC International Exhibition Co., Mr. Zhu Kangjian, President of CPMIA, Mr. Zhang Yang, President China Plastic & Wood Mfg. Association, and Mr. Bai Xiaodong, CMEC, Chennai.

Mr. Kailash B. Murarka also presented appreciation mementos to eminent speakers from China. The meeting was followed by a cocktail dinner for participants.
