DCG Software Value to Give Presentation and Lead Workshop at the 2016 QUEST Conference in Chicago

Tom Cagley, Vice President of Consulting at DCG Software Value, will present, "Budgeting, Estimation, Planning and #NoEstimates - They ALL Make Sense for Agile Testing!," on Wednesday, April 20, from 11:15am-12:15pm. He will discuss the difference between budgeting, planning, and estimation as applied to testing in an Agile environment; he will outline when each technique makes sense, when they don't, and in what combination they make sense for testing.

He will also teach a workshop, "Agile Estimation," on Monday, April 18, from 8:30am-4:30pm. The course will provide QA managers, test analysts and test automation engineers with an in-depth understanding of the principles and methods of estimating leveraged in an Agile development environment through a combination of lecture with hands-on practice.
