Dony Budidharma Opens Transafe Indonesia's People Development Program 5

JAKARTA SELATAN, Indonesia - March 3, 2016 - PRLog -- Dony Budidharma, Director of Transafe Indonesia will open Transafe Indonesia’s fifth internal training. This is the fifth batch of People development program Transafe held. The theme for this event is: “Rise of The Dream Team”

People Development Program will cooperate with TransWISH Indonesia. The event will be conducted from March 6th - 13th 2016.

Participant of this training come from various department in Jakarta Head Office and Batam branch. Departments participates in this training is including marketing, Training and Operation, Finance, Secretary to Director and Administration. Each department send their candidates to be crafted as “Dream Team”.

Positively Scheduled participants are Lasaila Arifiani Marketing department and Nurul Yusniawati, Secretary to director, Head Office Jakarta. Head office Jakarta send 5 (five) candidates in total. Batam branch only send 2 (two) candidates.

Scheduled Trainings for this program are Communication from heart, Basic Health Safety Environment (Basic HSE) Awareness, Customer Service from heart, Time Management, Personal SWOT analysis, Practical 5W1H technique, Team work, Character Building, Mini team building.

All participants are also scheduled to join Safety training class at Transafe Indonesia training centre in Jakarta. This development program will boost the performance of participant on the real day to day working environment.

Mr. Dony Budidharma stated that this season will be different. It is scheduled that he will be sharing and teaching in a number of classess directly.

Mrs. Ryska Carolina, Batam Branch Manager said:”This program is effective. I send my candidates on the second and third event. I can see increase on employee performance directly after they come back to the office.”
