600 Global will make big strides in 2016

PHOENIX - Jan. 4, 2016 - PRLog -- It's the first regular business day of 2016, and it lends an opportunity to reflect on the past year. Today marks an ideal opportunity to conduct a personal and professional inventory. 600 Global believes in leading its team from the front, and the executive team is the first to look back on 2015 to determine how to better individual performance, company-wide results, and provide strategies to maintain a great, productive attitude throughout the year.

Reflecting on 2015, "shoulda, woulda, coulda-s," can be pesky thoughts that don't cease, which can actually become the obstacles holding us back from doing or achieveing more.

"Look, not one of us is perfect, but self-improvement isn't only about identifying all the areas in need of an overhaul. We must also give credit to each success, no matter how small," Dominique Del Grosso, HR Manager says. "Steve Jobs once said that we can only connect the dots looking backward. So true, right! It is in times of reflection where context is ascertained and opportunity for growth is discovered."

Taking a cue from Jobs, 600 Global--together with its staff--reflects on 2015 to discover which dots can be connected. The goal is to lend perspective to better understand the nuances of present succcesses and past failures.

Once an understanding is gained, set new goals. Break each down into smaller, achieveable tasks. Progress will be made, even if in small increments.
