A new breed of home inspectors enter the Denver Colorado market

We started this business in 2007 with one simple philosophy. Place our clients above all else and the rest will fall in place. We are one of the very few home inspection companies in the country that do not market to or solicit Realtors for referrals. Our belief is that home buyers need a completely independent home inspector, free from any conflict of interest, to properly evaluate the home they are purchasing.

How well has that strategy worked over the last 8 years?

Our style and way of doing business has never been very popular among Realtors and quite frankly, that’s not my problem. They have their job to do and we have ours. Their job is to find their client the home they are looking for. Our job is to protect the client from making a huge financial mistake. In essence, to make sure the home they want, is the home they think it is. We perform approximately 600 inspections a year in Indianapolis, all without marketing to Realtors, so I would say that our strategy is working just fine.

So what can the good folks in Denver expect?

The state of Colorado does not require home inspectors to be licensed and we are coming in from a state that does require licensing. I think that without question the good people of Denver can expect a very different and much higher level of service than they may be used to by using our services. We have always been held to a higher standard due to our stringent licensing requirements in Indiana and that is just going to carry over into the Denver market. We began performing home inspections in the Denver market mid spring and already have over 100 satisfied new clients.
