-- T4L Wellness is the program’s name and it offers semi private group training for those that want the extra attention of a personal trainer without working out privately. Each workout session is completely different and the focus is on building core strength, stamina, flexibility, weight loss, and overall health and wellness. The program includes nutritional guidance, progress tracking, and deeply discounted metabolic blood testing by a local physician.
“We listened to our boot campers and our training clients and what was missing was a program that was a group style fitness program but a little more private for those that needed a bit more supervision, explains business owner Julie Wilcoxson. We have been teaching bootcamps in the area for over 7 years and wanted to meet the needs of our community. We are very excited about this newest addition.”
