-- "Our studio is growing since opening it's doors last year. We now have added two personal trainers and a yoga instructor to our team. We have had several people reach out to us about adding yoga to our schedule and we are excited to make it happen," says studio owner, Julie Wilcoxson. " What makes this even more exciting for me is having my daughter join our team. I have taken several of our classes and she has a unique way of getting you to focus and move smoothly throughout the transitions."
Vinyasa Yoga Instructor, Morgan Wilcoxson will be holding sessions at their private fitness studio three times a week. Morgan is an NPC Bikini Competitor, a full time college student, and a Certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor. When I asked her what made her turn to teaching yoga, her response, " Being in college full time and prepping for competition takes a lot of dedication and hard work, I needed an outlet and Yoga seemed to ease my anxiety. It has really helped me with getting on stage at my competitions."
Her classes are limited to keep them small and inviting and it is highly recommended that you reserve your session early to guarantee a spot.
