"PEGS-the essential protein engineering summit" continues its knowledge-sharing tradition in Boston

World-renowned thought leaders share insights & best practices, discover industry trends and find solutions to current challenges

NEEDHAM, Mass. - Jan. 28, 2015 - PRLog -- This Spring, Cambridge Healthtech Institute (CHI) will return to Boston’s historic Seaport District to host its 11th Annual "PEGS - the essential protein engineering summit". Over 1,800 participants will convene for open forum discussions and collaboration in the areas of protein and antibody engineering, oncology, expression, analytical, immunogenicity, and therapeutics programming. The continued success of PEGS is driven by the growth in biologics worldwide, the quality of scientific programming, and valuable networking opportunities.

The summit is a weeklong event being held May 4-8 at The Seaport World Trade Center. A plenary keynote session will kick off the week with presentations from industry leaders Tillman Gerngross, Ph.D., CEO and Co-Founder of Adimab and Robert A. Weinberg, Ph.D., Founding Member of Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research; Professor of Biology at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

The summit will offer nearly 400 presentations within eight topic-focused streams comprised of 21 conferences, 15 short courses, over 100 exhibiting companies, and over 180 scientific research posters on display. Delegates can create their own agenda by moving between the tracks and choosing the sessions that best fit their research and networking needs. Conferences Programs Include:
