FCR Announces Location of 6th Oregon Contact Center
Independence, Oregon selected as location of new call center site.

FCR, the premier provider of outsourced live agent call center and business process solutions, officially announced today the location of their newest Oregon call center. The new site will be located in the city of Independence.

FCR estimates that once the center build-out is completed, the Independence location will eventually bring up to 350 jobs over time. These positions will provide a wide range of call center and business process outsourcing services to FCR’s ever expanding list of clients. The targeted completion date of the build-out of the site is set for the sometime in the first quarter of 2015.
“We’re really excited to have FCR come to our town,” said Shawn Irving, Economic Development Director for the City of Independence. “We’ve been working to recruit a call center for some time now, and the more research we did into call centers, the more obvious it became that FCR was really the cream of the crop in terms of call center businesses.”
