Online customers need more product information - US webshop owners implement PIM solutions

According to a study made by FDIH Dansk e-handelsanalyse (Danish e-commerce analysis), one in six Danish online customers (17%) takes direct contact to the webshop prior to placing an order. Most of the inquiries are about product features.
